I didn’t become a business mentor because it was trendy.
I became one because I lived the confusion, isolation, and pressure of starting a business in oral health with almost no real support.
In 2020, sitting at my dining table in Scarborough, I had a quiet but clear realisation "I can actually do this."
That moment became Little Smiles WA’s first mobile kids’ dental service taking preventive care into daycares and homes.
What followed showed me the real problem.
Highly skilled clinicians weren’t failing because they lacked talent they were failing because they were never taught how business actually works.
That’s what led to The L.E.E Method™ (Learn, Execute, Evolve) and the creation of Business Anatomy™ practical education designed to help oral health and allied-health professionals build independent, values-led businesses properly.
